As we walked in a well dressed entitled front desk employee tall black guy with glasses, not friendly or helpful at all just had us check in and we had to find our way around finding the elevator and to room no direction. The night employee Chandra very nice lady and helpful and was doing a good job on checking-in new customers, however had her friends or family hang out around the check-in area a lot, There should be professional standards expectations and decorum . Employees must wear name tags dress well and be presentable. I guess management is sleeping. Hotel location is very central, hotel is nice, clean and looks good. Bed in the box had blanket missing but was able to get 2 upon request. Rooms are nice and clean and very comfortable, but the sofa to bed was not in the best shape and its mattress was dirty. Pillows were absolutely worthless and old and left my and my wife’s neck hurting in the morning that’s one important reason I do not give this hotel better ratings . Breakfast quality and assortment SAs at best average. Elevators were jumpy but smelly and 1made weird sounds. Gym set up was nice. If they invest in better quality pillows I will stay with them again. Price was fair. Once again staff at the front desk must be held to better and higher standards.
