'The hotel rooms were fine although a bit outdated, but the noise in the evening from the street and hotel club downstairs were pretty annoying. The showers also can't accomodate anyone above 5'10, which is rather unpleasant. The breakfast however was lovely and the staff very friendly. The price of the room was also good.'

'Beautiful little place, Ideally located near to shops,pubs,restaurants,etc. The flat is small but just right for a couple with perhaps one child It was clean throughout and well equipped with wahing machine, fridge,Microwave and cooker. The only tging we would say it needs are slightly better heaters, although they do just about heat tje propert to a bearable temp'

'We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. And they still turned it off again in the morning before the flat warmed up. We also bought food to cook in the oven, which doesn't work, again reported it and acknowledged by them, but no...

'The apartment itself is decorated nicely and was clean however the building itself is not good at all. Cheap office to resi conversion with paper thin walls. Signs in communal areas telling you to close the doors to keep homeless people out. Very warm in the summer and no fan provided so had to keep all windows open, overlooking extremely busy road opposite a bus stop and a large car park which is popular with homeless people. Couldn’t sleep due to noise of buses and traffic as well as a woman...
