'The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation.'

'Great clean hotel with comfy rooms and beds. Nice breakfast where the staff was nice and helpful. Better than the reception staff that can't even great you when you pass them. The hotel lacks personality The restaurant closes early in the evening but there are many in the mall next door. I'd stay here on my next business trip again.'

'Had a good stay in the hotel and we recommend it also for business travellers. It is not near downtown but close to the airport. The quality/price relation is good, the personnel is friendly. The breakfast is rich, but encountered that there were too many people in the morning, so no place. Had to wait till a table was cleaned and free. Efficient employees at breakfast. Rooms clean and nice. Nice view from the room to the mountains. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL if you look for one in Chengyang...
