'Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. 'I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words. 'Great for drivers but not for pedestrians! There's a (nearly) lethal two-lane round about to negotiate.... I found a safer route on my third day.... hidden traffic lights are not shown on Google Maps or Michelin!!!!!!????? I had a lovely room. I found that I had to ring to reach someone to check me in. ALSO NOTE ...there are 2 Elm Roads.... this is at Elm HIGH Road about a mile and a half from town, in the locality of Elm. '

'A lovely, spacious property in a great location for a fabulous celebration of birthdays. Very good communication between hosts and housekeepers who were on hand to greet us, explain everything and to fix any problems should they arise. Everything thoughtfully prepared for our stay and all bases covered from a well equipped kitchen to a fabulous play area in ample grounds for the children. Our dogs were well accommodated too and having the boot room for drying them off and taking muddy wellies...
