"Erg fijn hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, mogelijkheid voor een heerlijk diner in het hotel en zeer gastvrij personeel. De kamers zien er netjes uit en er zijn allerlei faciliteiten. De spa is uitgebreid en een omgeving om in alle rust te ontspannen."

"Would have liked to get an email with the way how to walk form the busstation to the hotel after i called to check whether there is a bus from Oetztal Bahnhof; now I had to walk a long way to search for the hotel with heavy luggage. The intake was okay. But a friend of mine with backproblems had to walk with heavy luggage around the hotel to the front door, because a staff member refused to open the back door for him. The room was't cleaned and toilet paper wasn't renewed in my 6 day stay. Diificulties to check out at 06:30 to catch the bus to the Oetzal Bahnhof. The sauna and spa wasn't open during the day. It was a budgethotel experience. The breakfast was good though."
