'If only the heirlooms and photos could talk. Oh the stories they would tell. The decor, cleanliness, checking in and check out were top notch. Along with the farm fresh eggs and homemade cookies that awaited us on arrival. We will definitely make this cozy farmhouse a lay over on our next trip North.'

'Our visit was on one of the hottest weekends of the year. We were surprised at the comfortable temperatures, eating all our meals on the back deck and watching the neighborhood deer sneak a bite of grass. Only complaints are walking across the gravel to reach the hot tub. The faucet in the bathroom being too short for the sink to wash your hands. Definitely going to bookmark this gem.'

'Neat cottage in the woods. Owners are on the property ( in another location) and very nice. Especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch. A creek is on the property and can be heard from the porch. Perfect for the two of us. Enjoyed going to Sparta, never been there before. Close enough to a lot of places for hikes and antique hunting. All around, the most relaxing stay we have had in a long while. We’ll go again.'

'My wife and I stayed at the Yurt while traveling down I81 and I-77 from Baltimore to South Carolina. The Yurt has all the conveniences of home and is a welcomed alternative to the typical roadside motels. We had an issue with the door lock (operator error). The owner answered my call and walked me through the problem. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.'

'Our favorite thing about this property was the awesome river access. The kids had the best time playing in the river and the huge yard. The house had plenty of space for two families with children. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend having a few more utensils in the kitchen and more towels/wash cloths for guests but overall this is a great place to escape reality and just chill. We truly enjoyed our quiet, secluded long weekend on the river.'

'My partner and I loved it. The hosts were great, and it was a beautiful experience. There were many Wildlife: deer, Falcons, and even a Bear running across the field. I am already booking another longer stay. Three or more nights are perfect. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal after spending a day on the river, Kayaking or just laying out on their dock.'
