'Everything was great other than a couple of things. Ceiling fan made periodic noise in master bedroom. While trying to keep the first floor warm the second floor got too warm. Dual zones would help. My sister and brother in law said the bed they slept in sagged in the middle. Everything else was excellent.'

'We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property.'

'Home was lovely and spacious. We never felt crowded. Stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend. Super convenient to their venue. Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!!'

'Overall we had a wonderful 2 night stay. There were a few minor things that dampened our stay, but these things might not matter to someone else. The wall of windows does not face a sweeping view. It looks at the front yard. House is situated off the road, so you’re mostly not on immediate display. The sun rises in that bank of windows. The living/kitchen gets 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. We had only temp (max 2 hours) control over the thermostat. It was otherwise set at...
