Fijn dat er zowel een vaatwasser als wasmachine en droger in het huis aanwezig zijn. Fijne douche, goede bedden. Prima wifi en zelfs netflix. 'Lots of work to be done to the house and garden, broken doorhandle, worn out benches, no TV and no help with satellite installation offered (you can go watch the EC in a pub :-(; mold in the bathroom and we were with a COPD patient :-(, not heated at the moment of arrival (heating to be turned on 1 hour later). 'This charming cottage is even better in person than in pictures. We stayed 3 nights to explore Skye and our host, Liz, kept in constant contact with us to make sure we were taken care of. It felt like home away from home, with the best host we’ve ever had in our lives. There is a nice creek by the cottage to stroll and it is very quiet. We hope to stay here again the next time we’re in town, thank you so much for your hospitality, Liz!'

'Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. There was space to spread out, and we loved being able to to take walks along the canal. The nearby pub was a friendly place to visit. And we all enjoyed the cottage so much that we look forward to a return visit!'

'Everything was set on arrival. We had a nice stay in a very quiet neighbourhood. Maybe a bit to far if you would not have a car. The house could already do with an update. Especially the kitchen, or rather the equipment. The frying pan for example was really in a horrible state. Some people might like the electricity meter, but I found it a bit creepy, as if we were watched... Another item that clearly needs a change is the mattress. It was way to soft and we could feel the bottom of the bed....

'The house is absolutely lovely, and very well stocked. For a family group of 6 from the US, ranging in age from 6 to 80, we had everything we need to cook for a few nights. Great spices, olive oil, vinegar -- even coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The stay was delightful, and Nethy Bridge is a darling town!!'
