Gorgeous brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house on 5 acres. Newly built and fully fenced in. Perfect for a quiet get away. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. Enjoy an evening with family and friends by the fire pit while the kids play in the field. Close to town and many springs. Close to the Santa Fe canoe outpost and I75

My son was getting married in Alachua about 15 miles from the rental. My husband and I booked it for our son and his siblings to have a place to stay and get ready for the wedding. It was perfect, very nice and very clean. The second photographer was able to get some great shots in the home and outside the home of the groom, groomsmen and my husband and I. It’s a great place to stay for any occasion. Very quiet and secluded. We loved it. I highly recommend.

Our family of 9 enjoyed the new house; it’s a beautiful 4 bedroom home centered on 5 acres of fenced property. We enjoyed Ichnetucknee springs tubing during the day, made meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and spent our nights sitting around the fire pit star gazing and making s’mores. The grandkids loved the bean bag beds and grandma and grandpa enjoyed the king bed. Hoping next time we’re visiting the area the home will be available.
