'The staff were very friendly and there for our needs. The hotel does look like an upgrade is needed. I couldn't really sleep that night as there were noise like people walking the halls and upstairs people were constantly dropping items. '

'The room was adequate and very quiet! Our pup loved her stay. There is construction going on, which we were aware of, but the one elevator working took forever to arrive so we ended up taking the stairs to our 3rd floor room regularly with our pup. The breakfast was limited and ended at 9, which was a bit early for us. There was an ample grassy area for our pup, but many unpicked up poops from other dogs which is always annoying (not the hotel’s fault, I know but owners scooping their dog’s poip...

'Hotel was located conveniently close to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and service was good. Only minor complaint is the comfort of the pillows. They were too stiff and could be softer to make it more comfortable.'
