'We had to change our booking - a long story but Sally at front desk was helpful in making sure everything was sorted. It's a shame we had to check out a day earlier than planned as our first night there was excellent - I slept brilliantly. If they could offer more dog friendly rooms, we could have stayed a second night. '

'The hotel was out from the city centre but was on a bus route to get into Hereford so we left the car in their free carpark and went shopping and watched the rugby. Lovely area and the views were fantastic from the hotel dining rooms. There was new menu starting yesterday and the choice of meals were very good.
