The rental was super clean, easy to find and easy to access. You could park and walk everywhere the rest of the weekend. Having a quiet glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the river was relaxing. Definitely on the list if we return to Helen.

Amazing and walkable
My husband and I came to Helen for Oktoberfest. The town has so much character and charm, but SO crowded on Saturday. However, the condo location made it great! Quiet, pretty view of river and so walkable! We walked to everything and when we wanted to rest, walked back to condo and back out later. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything 2 people need. The shower can accommodate a very tall individual. Only disappointment was one portion of the listing alluded to a jetted tub. There is not one, but forgivable because everything else was great. We highly recommend Helen &Back Food Tour with Heather! We will definitely book, this condo again!

Helen Fest in your future plans?
We stayed in the Alpine River suite 501 which was in a fabulous location. Walking distance from everything in town and about a quater mile from the fest hall. The building is a small facility so very little trafic and very quiet as well. Our unit was very clean and right off of the bedroom, we had access to the private balcony which over looke the Chattahoochie river. Had a wonderful stay other than the fact we were there during Hurricane Helene passing through the region. Was rather exciting and we were fortunate to only experience the river overflowing the banks along with heavy rain and wind! Do walk the trails in the area as well as see the water falls!

Very cute suite in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Bring some coffee and creamer or walk to one of the cute shops to purchase some. Everyone is super friendly. Fun little town!

Short walks to downtown and even shorter walk to the Fest Hall for events. Riverfront balcony is great for watching the tube riders go by. Very spacious condo and comfortable bed. The only con for me is that the football theme condo should have the ability to watch games of choice. There is no local channels for tv and a football ticket tv app would have been awesome

Upon entering rental there was a large cockroach on the dresser which was very much alive. Needless to say I ended up sleeping with lights on for 2 nights. Also the bed squeaks and the headboard so definitely not very romantic. Very small pillows for a king size bed.

Amazing 4th of July weekend
We had a great time at this amazing location. Each unit was uniquely themed. Perfect location to walk to town for restaurants and shopping. We also booked tubing and was able to walk down to the check-in for that. We literally walked across the street to watch thw amazing firewprks. Cant wait to return and will definitely tell our friends about this wonderful place
