The luxurious master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed with sea views, TV, a highly modern and expansive ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet and a walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom on this floor also features queen bed and views. It is situated next to a full bathroom with shower over the bath and a toilet for guests’ convenience.
The well-equipped kitchen features large entertainer’s island bench with barstools, a plumbed in fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, oven, gas cooktop, air fryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The house also includes split-system air-conditioning for added comfort.

On the lower level, there's a second family room with TV which opens onto patio and outdoor lounge area along with two more bedrooms. One of these bedrooms includes a queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe, while the other bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with inbuilt bunks with individual reading light, power point and niche. This room also features a single day bed which folds into a king size. There's also a primary bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious shower, as well as a separate toilet. The laundry room comes furnished with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of hanging space.
