'We booked Mary's wonderful house for a weekend away in December for a catch up with old friends (12 of us in total). We had an amazing time and really recommend the house. It has lots of character from being an old pub called The Star and the rooms were really comfy with almost all of them having their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for cooking even for 12 people and we loved the fireplace and piano in the main living room. We didn't get out much due to storms...

The house is very dirty, too sad for words, tissue, s under the bed, stinking bedding, incredibly dirty floors, in short how is it possible. Thumbs of thick fabric, under the beds on the luxaflex The fridge in the kitchen was so gross that we first cleaned it, there you could do nothing and after cleaning it was not clean Moldy coffee in the coffee filter bag The floor covering...

Die Gastgeberin hat uns bereits vor Anreise viele nützliche Informationen über die Umgebung zur Verfügung gestellt und war während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. '

'We hired the house for the weekend for a group of 10 adults and 11 children. The house is incredibly spacious whilst being cozy and comfortable. We all fell in love with the kitchen which had a lovely seating area and pellet burner, a perfect place for a drink and a chat. The house is really well equipped with everything you could imagine needing. Sarah was incredibly helpful and great at communicating. I would highly recommend the house and the area for a weekend away. '
