It took 4 phone calls over a two hour time window, to finally pay the balance of our stay, which delayed our journey to the accommodation, meaning we arrived late into the first night. On arrival the house was freezing. The kitchen had many cupboards which were all empty, not a problem, but for 6 people there were only 2 drinking glasses.
