'The house was adorable and perfect for our relaxed little family of four and fur kids. We are easy going and really don’t need too much. With that said it was a rainy weekend and the walk from our vehicle to the house was extremely wet, socks, shoes, bottom of pants soaked. A nice little stepping stone walkway would be awesome. 'This was the main highlight of our fun vacation in Fort Bragg / Mendocino. The house is right at the border of the forest and has excellent views of the both the forest and the ocean. Keep at least a night to view the sunset from the bed as viewing the sunset is worth it from the house when you're not on the beach. 'The location was beautiful and the house was nice, except that it hasn't been maintained. The hearing doesn't work and it took 8 hours to get the house up to 60 degrees inside using the space heaters. The dishwasher works, but it's missing all the wheels on the lower rack. There is a hot tub, but it didn't work. The microwave trips the breaker when you use it. The clothes washer works, but the handle for the soap dispenser is broken. 'We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The pictures are accurate as it's a bit dated but spacious and has everything we needed. 'Overall it was a place to sleep and eat and shower. We had to fix the glass shower doors because they were off the tracks. The bathroom door took full physical strength to make it latch by lifting up and pushing in. It was cold inside, couldn't find a heater. Exterior needs a lot of upkeep. 'What an amazing home! Not only was it absolutely spotless, but our hosts, Howard and Kelly, have thought of everything a guest might need and provided it! We cooked in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The house is bright and lovely. The backyard garden is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the deer and the sunset. The home is within easy walking distance of the beach, and and less than five minutes from downtown Fort Bragg. We will definitely be staying here again!...

'We loved staying here for 5 days while on the Norther California coast. This place was super comfortable and very convenient to Fort Bliss/Mendocino. And the views...wow!
