'Nice apartment in a very convenient location. The apartment is located over a bar which I thought would cause some noise issues but never did. The only concern I would have is going and coming with children at night as many of the bar patrons are outside. This did not cause my family an issue but we only have an adult daughter. We did experience and issue but the landlord quickly came up with a solution and we had a great weekend at this location. I would stay here again. '

'The property was just as listed. Driving up to it the first time we were a little worried about the neighborhood but after having a walk around the area it wasn’t bad. The location is walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and even a few family playgrounds and we really liked that. The house itself looks just like the pictures. 'We had problems getting into the Condo. When we called the phone number (for Evolve) we followed the instructions to get help, and it would tell us we didn't have a reservation and hung up. I Finally I followed the instructions for a new reservation and got a live person on the phone. They then were able to contact the owner and get the problem solved. It is disappointing that you can't talk to a live person anymore. The rest of our stay was great. We were close enough to the Aquarium...
