'Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad met 3 tieners. Het appartement is ruim en met een groot terras. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk en rustig. Wij hebben zelf ook een bed en breakfast en zouden vanwege de privacy en respect naar onze gasten toe nooit een camera neerzetten. Toen we hier achter kwamen heb ik mij de rest van de week niet meer zo prettig gevoeld '

'Fantastisch verblijf. Huis is heel netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Helaas is het balkon wel heel klein. 1 zwembad was buiten gebruik, dus er was nog 1 zwembad wat gebruikt kon worden. Deze was niet altijd even schoon. Maar een geweldige vakantie gehad! '

'Gedurende de 2 weken van het verblijf (29 mei-11 juni) konden de jongens vanwege onderhoud (!) geen gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad, ERG jammer. Verder zou je helemaal om moeten lopen door het hele gebouw heen, daarna trappen af, achterlangs, om bij dat zwembad (of het strand) te komen, omdat het appartement op de 1e etage ligt. Appartement is prima in orde, ook zeer smaakvol ingericht.'

'Wat een heerlijk, ruim en schoon appartement en wat een prachtige, rusitge locatie! Direct aan het strand, zwembad en schitterend uitzicht op zee. Het hele complex is prachtig, mooi onderhouden tuin/park. Een klein restaurantje/beachbar waar je prima kunt eten. Op loopafstand is er ook nog een leuke strandtent, We hebben genoten en gaan zeker terug. Het appartement is een compleet huis, alles is meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Echt een aanrader!'

The common areas and pool were well kept and organized, although the opening hours for the pool were a bit limited (11:30-19:30) Nigel, who checked us in, was nice and very helpful, giving useful tips about restaurants and activities in the neighborhood.'

'We had a lovely stay in the penthouse apartment, which is facing an easterly direction, so in winter months no sunshine on the terrace after 3 pm. The apartment is very big (huge master bedroom) and can easily be used for longer stays. The location of the apartment is a bit tricky as you can't reach the seaside on foot without crossing a 4-lane road that has no crosswalks, so a nice stroll in the evening or taking the kids to the beach (pebble beach, no sand) is not so straight forward. You...

'Although the property was simply furnished, it was comfortable. The crowning glory of the property is the south facing large balcony. Very close to the port/marina althought the elevated position involved a steep walk. The only disapointment was the rather sparse kitchen crockery, but as there were only 2 of us, we managed.'

'The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. We were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, parks and beaches very easily. The apartment needs attention. It is showing quite bit of wear and tear that could easily be repaired. Additionally, the sheets on all the beds would not stay on the mattresses without constant readjusting and retucking. Also, most of the windows do not have screens which resulted in lots of mosquito bites. Lastly, the pools were closed due to a local ordinance...

Very good for the price paid

"I'm glad I changed to this hotel last-minute, since it is very close to the airport and the border. I'm pretty sure I had booked a room with "city view", but got a view of the pool, the Gibraltar rock and the Spanish harbour. Even though it was very quiet in the hotel, they still served quite an extensive breakfast. Prices for drinks at the bar are very acceptable. Staff is friendly, rooms are fine. I noticed that about a third of the hotel is disused and totally blocked off, but I think most people won't even notice. The part that was open was well kept. Recommended for sure. Way cheaper than hotels in Gibraltar and getting accross the border on weekdays (in january) is a breeze. "

"Gewoon fantastisch, hotel is nieuw en in zeer goede staat. Ontbijt geweldig, een aanrader, mooi zwembad Ligging aan het strand met een bijzonder mooie binnentuin die slingert tot aan het strand, wow Wij kunnen enkel zeer positief zijn. Personeel ook zeer vriendelijk Een ideale accmodatie om even wat energie bij te tanken. "

"The hotel looks great, but is out dated. We stayed 3 days in a suite, but the room is quiet dark and worn out. Sealing on the bath gone, wallpaper comes loose, old nescafe coffee bags. The service in the restaurants and bars is ok, but the employees look tired aswell as their clothes."
