'This is my second stay at Admiral Cottage. Stayed with my son and two dog Niya and Cooper. Niya been before. She couldn't wait to get into the cottage. Lovely garden for dogs too. Great layout. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Had new carpet since our last stay which is great. Warm cosy and comfortable. Enjoyed the wood burner too. Will stay again '

'Wonderful chalet. Had a great Christmas stay in Beachside Cottage. Big dog safe garden overlooking the dunes. Lovely layout of house. Nice and warm and cosy. Cooked our Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Brought the table in from the conservatory to eat it. Bedroom are a lovely size too. Winterton is very dog friendly. Have stayed in Winterton many times. Would stay again in this chalet '

'De cottage is net zo mooi als de foto's doen lijken. Binnen tref je een heerlijk interieur aan, de banken zitten geweldig! Een enorme moderne samsung televisie waar we via onze samsung telefoon zelfs netflix mee konden kijken. Het huisje loopt mooi door. Van de hal, kom je in de keuken, via de keuken in de eetkamer en via de eetkamer in de woonkamer en via daar weer in de hal. De badkamer is ook beneden incl. toilet en boven is er gelukkig ook een toilet en een wastafel. Bedden waren al...

'The location and views from this property are amazing. Everything was as described. Loved the access down to the dunes, loved the living space and the wood burner. The place was extremely clean. Communication with owner good. Would love to return.'

'Superlage mit direktem Strandzugang, das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der freundliche Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Umweltfreundliches Verhalten wird begrüßt (Mülltrennung) Super Sandstrand, nicht voll, Robben können oft beobachtet werden!'

'The cottage was very homely, filled with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. With special touches that obviously mean a lot to the owners, which made it all the more special as you felt like you were being trusted to care . I especially enjoyed the art work that was displayed in every room, my favourite being a little oil painting in the dinning room. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious , and the kitchen was well stocked. The cottage is situated just a few minutes walk...

'Fantastic place and location, very well equipped, very clean, lovely showers, comfy beds. The only negative were the stairs, not really suitable for the very elderly or disabled! Overall we had a brilliant holiday'

'The property and the location were second to none. James gave us recommendations of places to visit and some local eateries. The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. The house was toasty, and to open the bedroom window and to hear the sea was amazing.
