Cottages in Great Exuma Island

'The cottage was no frills but had everything we needed and was nestled in a quiet area surrounded by native vegetation and many types of birds. The screened in porch and pool was perfect for relaxing too. The pier is a few feet away with easy access for kayaking or watching the green sea turtles from there. Valerie is a top notch host and ensures that you have everything that you need. Thanks again Valerie - we had a great time!'

'I didn't think we could top last year's visit, but I think we just did. Everything was wonderful - the villa, the property, all the staff. Loved everything about Exuma Sol....except maybe the little bugs at night! They seemed to really like us though! Very much want to return, we are working hard to make that happen. 'The location of this house is perfect, and the views were one of the best on the island, great spot to see the sunrise too! Reaching the beach next to us was not that difficult, worth walking to, it's beautiful! Super cute inside, bedrooms were nice. We did have difficulty finding the house at first but then figured out how to use only coordinates sent to us for an address. We could not reach our host upon arrival, so we did spend quite a bit of time trying to find the house, and responses did...

'This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One...

'We loved our stay at Point of View! Exuma is breathtaking and we loved just sitting on the terrace taking in the view. For us the seclusion was exactly what we wanted and we would come back in a heartbeat!'

'We loved our stay in Hartswell! The house was perfect for our time there and it had everything we needed. The views were lovely and the location is great - not too far from town but enough to feel off the beaten path. Warren was available as needed and checked in often! Overall, I would highly recommend this cottage! '
