'Great little place for one or two people. It does set right on the road with lots of traffic but clean, well decorated with all that you need. Close to the beach. Loved that it had beach chairs & beach towels. '

'I enjoyed my stay but was a little miffed to learn when I got there that the apt was on the second floor. It did not appear as such. More attention needed to those not able to go up and down stairs. Bathroom shower curtain was a little dirty but other than that the accommodations were great.'

'We visit our son in the Navy, this is the perfect place for staying while there. He lives in the same neighborhood, we are all free to come and go and get together for dinner each night. Love this place and the location.'

'Had a few hiccups when trying to book but owner was super nice and quickly responded to my questions. Once stay occurred, everything was easy.'

'it worked for a short trip but the bathroom wasn’t very clean, there wasn’t any laundry detergent, no doors other than the bathroom which was fine. it wasn’t super clear exactly which part of the property we were supposed to stay in (though it was late and dark). it worked for a long weekend but the bathroom was dirty'

'We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was very modern & comfortable. It had all the essentials needed. There were only a few things that were not mentioned in the check in details. There was 1 key pad to enter the area where the 4 suites are & another key pad for your own suite. I put in the code on the first key pad & ended up locking it which essentially locks everyone from entering their own suite. Luckily, someone was outside & called someone from their suite to unlock. The other thing...

'Lots of hair conditioner and not even one drop of shampoo or bar of soap. )) Windows better not to open, otherwise will struggle to close them. Washer is leaking after it completes wash cycle. Loose tiles in the bathroom. Bathroom towels are shredding and thin. Dishwasher gets the run offs from the sink and if you run a load it washes with the runoffs. Have to rinse the dishes after the dishwasher completes the cycle. Overall it is "ok" to stay.'

'The property was not clean. Dust on fans, counters had a film on them, mold in shower, dirt under beds. Lacking in fire alarms. Ceiling fans did not have all the light bulbs or were burned out. The pictures did not show the true age of the property. We could only get to the backyard through the side fence where someone else had entrance to the 'mother-in-law' suite, so we couldn't let our dogs out there. It was one of the reasons we rented the property. The location was what we expected.'

'We enjoyed our stay at this beach front gem. The back yard is amazing with a path to the beach. The house is tastefully decorated oozing with character and has the features you need . Grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with ice and water dispenser.2 coffee makers (one with k cups and one traditional). Downstairs bath has a shower and upstairs a tub/shower.which is nice , The owners are amazing and were very responsive. There is a detached garage converted to bedroom/work space with 1/2...

"Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good. Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped. Staff at the front desk very friendly."
