'Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home was perfect for our Rocky Mountain Park vacation. The pictures are very accurate. Super clean, wonderful home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hottub was great after hiking (or after not hiking!). Nice to have a garage to park in. We even saw a cow moose and her calf outside. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again. Thanks to the owners for opening up their home to us.'

'Our host, Roger, was great. He made sure that our check in went smoothly, provided details that made check in a breeze! The house was easy to find, easy to get into, super clean, amazing views, stocked with everything that you could possibly need. Everything was labeled. Menus and details about the surrounding areas were plentiful, there were games that the whole family enjoyed. Beds were comfy! The deck was well stocked with furniture and there were views from every angle. Great time of year...

'We enjoyed our stay and the property was beautifully appointed. Some standard kitchen tools were missing, but we were able to purchase and restock the kitchen appropriately (plastic storage bags and oven mits). It was impossible to reach the property managers aside from some automated correspondence, so reaching them in an emergency. We opted to upgrade our stay and check out later on our last day, but the house cleaners were not notified, which was quite awkward. '

'We have visited this home before and enjoy its location, history and eclectic decor. However, we found no kitchen towels and were provided with bath towels. We asked to come in early but most of the cleaning crew arrived at 3:40 p.m. and left at 4:20 p.m. We had hoped to perhaps get into the property a little earlier. The barbeque was not working and could be a fire issue. A firefighter is part of our family and we discontinued use of the grill and reported it to the management company. We...

'We had an absolutely great time The cabin was perfect for all the age groups 76-7 years old. Kami and Tim are the perfect hosts. We saw wildlife and enjoyed just hanging around the cabin. The younger people went horseback riding , ATVing and we all did some hiking and shopping '

'The cabin is beautiful! It does overlook a rather busy street with power lines —that would be the only downside to the location. It is a gravel road though all the way from the cabin to downtown so not ideal for strollers (just FYI). Otherwise, we were able to walk to town easily. It is very close to the entrance to RNP, which was awesome! Grand Lake is such a cute town with many outdoor activities for the whole family! There was plenty of room for our entire family —all 8 adults and 5 kids....

'This was a beautiful house and suited for our two families. The house is well stocked with everything and the views fantastic. Our little grandson just loved exploring the area. The house is very nicely decorated and modern, yet homey. It is about 5 miles from Grand Lake so easy to come and go.'
