'We stayed here for 4 nights for our annual golf trip and it was perfect! The villa is spacious with 7 beds (as advertised) with great outside space and games area downstairs which was ideal. The villa owner, Martin, was brilliant throughout - really helpful prior to arriving with great communication and was great when I was lost finding the villa! 'It is in the middle of Alicante which is quite conveniant. On the other hand was the check-in procedure quite difficult/cumbersome - which let me eventualy go to the connected Hotel (2 blocks down the street, which worked fine). Also the bed-couch wasn't cleaned which was not very nice, but very very quick resolved by the team -> this was a perfect response. In all we quite liked our stay @Tandem Portal de Elche and would realy recommend it.'

'Ruis hotel is great if you only need a comfy bed and clean shower. It is very inconveniently located as it only connects to one direction of the freeway. If you want to go the other direction- it costs you 15 min to drive to the other side. Other than that - no issues'
