'Echt een leuke studio op nog geen 200m van de zee. Super gezellig ingericht. We verbleven met onze 2 kinderen van 11 en 13. Prima slaapbank en heerlijk bed. De airco is een verademing. Heerlijke douche. Supermarkt en bakker in de straat dus heerlijk ontbijtje op het terras. De ontvangst was goed geregeld.'

'The locatie of the appartement was perfect, you’re quick on the main streets of Nice, easy to get to the beach (by car due to the heat) The appartment is a bit out dated but everything you need is there and Therry has been very helpful in facilitating us and quick in responding to requests and questions. The view and outside terrace are magnificent. It’s challenging to park sometimes but it can be done. I forgot that there is no AC and it’s was seriously hot 35C. It takes some getting used to.'

'We loved our stay in Nice. The location was excellent. The apartment is one block from the ocean. Very easy to get everywhere by Tram. We stayed for six days. We explored every section of the city. We took bus 600 over to Monaco. Nice’s public transportation is excellent. We would come back and stay again. '

'Een fantastische appartement om je vakantie te vieren met een geweldig uitzicht op de zee. In het appartement kom je niks te kort. Het is mooi super schoon ingericht met airco. Er zijn genoeg handdoeken. In de koelkast vind wat te drinken als je aankomt. Je kunt gelijk koffie zetten want dat staat al klaar. Er zijn al verschillende soorten kruiden om te koken. 'The apartment is perfectly located in Ventimiglia old town, a short distance from bus stops and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. The stairs up to the apt in the 600 yr old building are challenging for anyone with limited mobility, but awesome balcony views make up for the climb. 'Absolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay!'

'We had a great stay in this apartment. It was very spacious and had al the nececities for a stay with our Family. The airco was very welcome during the hot days. The view from the big terace is beautifull. The house is located close to the train station but a Little far from the city center and up on a Hill. We were without a car so it was quite a clim up. None the less we had a wonderful stay. '

'Het appartement van Nick is goed verzorgd. Het ligt op de derde verdieping (zonder lift), dus houd hier rekening mee als u slecht ter been bent. De incheck is normaal gesproken om 15:00, maar in overleg konden we er al eerder in, erg fijn! Het contact met Nick verliep goed en ook de housekeeper Gosia was erg behulpzaam. 'Heerlijke dagen gehad met gezin. 4 pers.kamer aan stadszicht. Goede airco en s’nachts goed kunnen slapen, dubbele schuifpui waardoor je niet door hebt in zo’n drukke straat te zitten. Eigenlijk geen negatieve punten maar als ik er dan toch eentje moet opnoemen: balkon is voor 4 personen net te krap, we hadden er wel twee, maar dan kan je niet samen zitten. De accomodatie ligt wel wat verder af van de gezellige eettentjes in het oude centrum, volgende keer zou ik daarom toch iets meer in de buurt...
