'Rooms without refrigerator (please buy in the restaurant as stiff prices). Bathroom has bath with included shower, but no shower curtain. Comfortable bed in a large bedroom. Furniture is strangely arranged and the lights are cold white. Breakfast is great, and make sure to order the omelette (it is not offered automatically). The location is a gem, next to the beautiful Nyungwe forest, only 20 min drive to the start of most forest hikes. Dinner is a buffet at extra charge.'

'The staff are wonderful, both kind and efficient. The reception were helpful and made one feel so welcome on arrival. Getting there at night can be tricky as google maps is wrong while there are few signposts showing the way. The setting is fantastic and what a tranquil and relaxing place! Great place to see Nyungwe forest from.'

'Waking up to the views of Lake Kivu were amazing the food and the staff were fantastic! Margret and her team were very friendly, attentive and catered to our needs. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.online. Can’t wait to go back- Would highly recommend .'
