October weekend
We came to Gig Harbor for a bicycle race, and wanted a comfortable place to stay, near the race at Gateway park. This home fit the bill and more. It was clean, comfortable, easily accessible, and had wonderful amenities. My children loved having a separate area to hang out it that still felt connected to the rest of the home. Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay. We had two concerns during our stay that we would have liked to speak with a local agent about. However, both the listed local agent, and their backup were unavailable. I ended up calling the vacasa customer service #. Their representative was able to note my concerns: 1) The hot tub sits at a slant,. So when my family of 4 got in, a large amount of water was displaced and ran over the lowest side of the hot tub. Unfortunately, that meant when we all got out, the water level was much lower, and the seat sprayers at the highest point were not completely submerged. Since I have never owned/maintained a hot tub, I wanted to know if this was a concern. 2) The pocket door in the downstairs king bedroom came off the roller during our stay. I sent photos into vacasa, it did not look permanently broken, but we did not have the necessary tools/experience to fix it. Neither of these issues takes away from the wonderful stay we had, and we all agree that we would love to return to this home!

Peaceful Stay
Communication prior to arrival was great, found without a problem and location was private with amazing view. Sunrise in the mornings was amazing from anywhere in the house or backyard. Bedrooms were set up nicely and kitchen has everything you would need for your stay. Hot tub was always nice and hot, game room gave plenty of entertainment with our older kids. All around great experience!

Great Place , Good communication. Lots of clams and oysters right out front (unfortunately, we found out we shouldn't eat them because the waterway has high bacteria at this time). Side note, I rent through VRBO and Vacas a lot and never ran into this. We were left two small (cheaper) rolls of Toilet Paper for 6 of us for a 3 night 4 day stay. We ran out late on Saturday night. They don't have any back ups and told me I needed to bring anything beyond what they leave us, which is fine and we would've bought some. Just never have run out in a place before that didn't have a stash somewhere. Also, there was only 1 kitchen towel so we went through the two rolls of paper towels we were left with. Small inconveniences, but the place was nice. The TVs worked great and the game room was great (I hadn't played Pac Man in many years!). The pond on the property is overgrown and unusable, but the tidelands out back are great and so is the deck. We saw Deer and Bunnies. Overall I gave it 5 stars even with the small inconveniences....I would probably rent again, but bring my own TP and Kitchen Towels.

The house was very nice a lovely View very well stocked kitchen. Just two things I would complain about would be a lot of spiders kill them everyday. And also the hot tub needs to be clean. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Low tide lagoon was a peaceful space for us to gather our families. The house is beautiful and they thought of everything from beach towels to little shampoos and soaps. The laundry room was great but the game room was definitely the source of new memories made! The yard and lagoon are awesome as well! Thank you!

Great stay!
I just recently had a girls weekend at the Low Tide property and it was fantastic! Well equipped, in fact, we’d like to come back in the summer months and take advantage of all that is available outside! It was very clean, the furniture was very comfortable, there was a lot of room, the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was very communicative and available within minutes of texting with them. Highly recommend this property!

Weekend getaway
Rented the home for a birthday getaway with multiple couples. Home was perfect sized for our group and everyone enjoyed the quality furnishings the home offered. The property is beautiful with lots of natural areas to explore and tons of nature to watch. Although private, we enjoyed how close the home was to restaurants, shopping and downtown Gig Harbor. Our group really enjoyed the hot tub and backyard fire pit during the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with various seasonings and the home had quality appliances and cookware. We will be recommend this home to others.

This was the best vacation. Close to golf courses, parks and just fun at the property. All the appliances and conveniences were high end and well maintained. Donna was wonderful and the other manager were promptly responsive to our inquiries. Definitely a 5 Star experience

Great place to gather with friends, family vacation and relax. Close to everything while feeling secluded. Well decorated and kid friendly! Great kitchen for a chef or baker - lots of the right kitchen tools but bring your own spices.
