Great cottage in a private setting with great swimming- shallow sandy-bottomed water for the youngsters, but deep off the dock. However: 1/ the yellow floatie thing on the beach and the blue-topped cabana in the background of the photo of the property don't exist. 2/ lower bunkbed is unusable due to lack of support for the mattress 3/ BBQ is past its prime: works, but on its way out. 'We stayed at the Stephen's cottage just recently. It's a nice place with everything you need for a relaxing stay for a few days. The cottage was clean and neatly prepared when we arrived, with all electronics working properly. Pictures match the reality accurately. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Just note that in winter there is not much to do in the area. '

'This is a beautiful cottage for a small family. The location is charming and inviting. The pond was a highlight for our child and us. The fire area was so comfortable and relaxing. 'We were really happy with our 3 night stay - our kids shared the room with the bunk beds while the two adult couples split up the remaining two rooms. We spent most of our time out at the dock - swimming, fishing and kayaking. Only minor point for improvement is the need for a few more outdoor chairs but otherwise the property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made the experience seamless. We'd definitely book again.'

'This was the best short vacation ever. The cottage was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. The view was serene – beyond words. The whole experience was beyond our expectations. 'This property and home owner are everything you could hope for in a rental. Jill was incredible; she went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!! The property was exactly as listed and was equipped with all you could need. We fished, boated, swam, hiked, kayaked, roasted marshmallows, explored the parks and beaches and relaxed on the gorgeous porch. We can’t wait to come back.'
