'We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The location is on walking distance from the park. But you need transport to visit the other sites in the area. 'We had a great stay at the No. 5 Valley Lodge! The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is located very close to the West Entrance of the park and offers rides to the entrance on days you wish to explore. On our day at the resort, there were fun activities organized by the hotel, a beautiful pool overlooking the valley, and rice fields you could walk along! If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we will be sure to return!'

'Wonderful place with a wonderful owner. We were here in December and in that time of the year, be prepared to have warm clothes. As in every house around, you wear warm clothes inside as well. 'Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt. I had total of six days to knock all those out and the staff helped me with my itinerary and gave amazing suggestions on route. 'If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! It was a good experience but it wasn’t what I had hoped.'

' Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. 'Dans l'ensemble le séjour c'est très bien passé. L'emplacement est proche de l'entrée du parc et quelques options de diner sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds.
