'Our favorite Hotel in Pigeon Forge. However, this time the staff didn't seem as friendly... and the room just showed some overall age. We had a light out in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed in our room. Wasnt a huge issue but, since this was our 4th stay, we know this isn't the norm. We also didn't have coffee k-cups in our room and when they were requested, I wasn't treated very well it felt. '

'Very friendly staff, clean room, nice location. The whole experience was very nice! You can walk to multiple attractions, and the hot tub was very nice! Would definitely stay again in the future! '
