'Was nice I stayed with family for two nights but so much loud noises floor is cranking ,building needs TLC def other wise it’s good there a park behind if u have small children then would love it . parking is a bit tight but you can park off roads too over all it was ok '

'The owners are very friendly and helpful, and are also very nice people. Everything is spotless. Beds are very comfortable and warm. Breakfast is really excellent. Restaurant meals are also really good. The area is really quiet and peaceful. Plenty of private car parking. Will definitely stay there again. '

'Nice B&B with very friendly staff. No on-site dining other than (very good) breakfast but several pubs within a very short stroll - 1 to 2 minutes and Yorkshire coast town Filey just 3 miles drive away. Also a very good distillery with excellent cafe on the edge of the village'

My single room was ideal for a solo overnight stay. Comfortable and warm. Excellent breakfast included plenty of tempting options, all served in the spacious breakfast room. I would highly recommend Waves.'

'Nice place, would stay again. Breakfast is awesome. Most of the staff are friendly, bathroom was clean, staircases are clean, modern furnishings. Owner was lovely. Only downside was that the beds were quite uncomfortable and it was roasting hot, even with the radiators off and the window open. But good value for what we paid. '

'The hotel is undergoing building work, but that didn't effect our stay. We were checked in to a room near reception, which was lovely - well decorated, cosy and spacious. They used all the space wisely to design the room and give a decent size ensuite bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Was really impressed. It was a home from home for the weekend while we worked in the area. It wasn't as noisy as we expected outside overnight, despite being near a bar, so was pleasantly surprised. We did have...
