'When we arrived , the staff cannot find our name even we provide receipt and confirmation from Expedia , we wait for an hour it turns out the was their mistake , another staff able to find it in 2 min . And the room was noisy , sound proof is bad , Saturday night we cannot sleep because drunk people from corridor and door slamming , and worst of the worst , there’s smell coming from The drain( shower room ) very bad smell , and the phone broken when we tried to call reception , the phone only...

'We got the city view on the 20th floor. Great views, clean room, comfortable bed. The receptionist was very friendly (young man with slightly curly hair). Pool was also nice. '

'Schone kamer. Goede service. Fijn verblijf'
