Double Balcony & Beach + Free High Speed WiFi

Spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed 2 bedroom-2 bath unit with FREE Hi Speed WiFi. This beautiful space boasts a fantastic SUNRISE VIEW of the Gulf of Mexico which can be seen from seen from the living area and guest bedroom.
This uncluttered balcony has sliding glass doors, black out storm shutters for the guest bedroom, and most importantly an ELEVATOR -NO NEED TO CLIMB 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Elevator is just few yards from our front door and is wheelchair accessible.

We are walking distance to the largest grocery store WALMART, mini golf, restaurants, Starbucks Coffee, and the Galveston Fishing Pier. The beach is across the street!
This location also has access to a sparkling clean POOL, tennis courts, common area credit card washer and dryer access, conference & business center in lobby, 24-hour building security and desk attendant. There is also a BBQ pit in the Common Area near the pool. Check with the front desk on the first floor for availability.

Children over the age of 7 are welcome AND this is a NON-SMOKING unit!
No pets! Minutes from Moody Gardens, The Historic Galveston Island Strand, Schlitterbahn, and the numerous public access beaches and pocket parks. This is affordable and beats any hotel in town, with it's fully equipped kitchen no need to eat out every night! All the appliances and amenities you need just bring your sunscreen and a beach towel and you're ready to go! Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and a small amount of travel size shampoo should you need all supplied for your stay,

Birthday weekend in Galveston

The Condo was very clean, it is an older building but the host has updated the Condo and it was decorated very nicely. Had a small issue with the guest toilet when we arrived but the host responded within minutes and had a handy man over very quickly to check it out. The view is unbeatable and proximity to the beach is wonderful.

By the Sea

This place had a killer view, which was across the highway from the beach. The cleaners had left the floor quite wet and we ran out of toilet paper. We also had no paper towels or a broom, which is necessary at the beach. Walmart was close, so we bought our own. I asked the host about it and she said they had to quit leaving any extra things out because of theft. How sad is that? We enjoyed our stay.

The stay was terrible they had roaches smell like urine in the bedrooms they really need to spray for insects the front desk was very rude marissa or whatever her name was and the older guy was ok but could have been better we had no trashbags and i know it a condos but we was trying to b nice and keep the pl up the screen door was hot mess soon as we walked in a roach was on the floor sorr but not sorry was very unhappy.

Great bday/girls get away

I booked the condo for a beach weekend with my sisters and best friend and it did not disappoint! We walked across the street for a beach day and morning beach walks. Great views from the balcony. The size and accommodations were perfect! The only thing we had trouble with was the living room tv, but we didn’t really watch any tv anyway, we were too busy enjoying the sea breeze and the company. I definitely recommend this little gem!

Overall this unit was a 8 out of 10 on the expectations from the pictures posted. Just a couple minor details like the shower faucet and the entry door handle had some issues but property manager was quickly to address the issues. Everything else was Great. Will stay again.

Galveston stay

The unit number was not provided so I had to call the property manager at check-in to obtain. It was very difficult to unlock and get into the unit. The unit smelled musty and the vents were covered in dust. The tv in the living room didn’t work, the sink in the second bathroom took forever to drain. I was told by the property manager that I should make sure check to make sure that the cleaning company hadn’t unplugged the tv by accident. When I looked behind the entertainment center the floor was covered with dirt, dead bugs and what appeared to be chips and crackers. In the bedroom closet to the deck the glass behind the end table was busted. The handrail on the deck was loose. The overall appearance of this unit was dirty and outdated. Not worth the amount that was charged. Also I emailed the property manager prior to our trip and never received a response.

Love this place.

This is my second time staying at this place. They are very friendly and condos are well kept. The view is great, even though the highway is between you and the beach. Watching the sunrise from here is awesome. I would recommend to anyone. If I go back to galveston, I will be staying here again if available.

The property was clean and neat as usual. We have been frequent fliers for many years. Elizabeth is attentive and quick to respond. No hangers in closet; no spare trash bags. Ours was a quick trip so trash bags were not an issue. The extraneous VRBO charges are becoming a big issue. Recently stayed in another condo; same size but fees were not as high.

Not “great” or “awesome”, just alright. Four of us had plenty of room. The condo was very clean, with an updated, roomy kitchen. But there were some issues that we had a problem with. A total overabundance of mirrors (apparently to make the place look larger) made it creepy: every room had an entire wall of mirrors, with additional mirrors hanging on actual walls! (We actually took one down to check for a hidden camera.) There were no ceiling lights (only lamps) except in the kitchen and bathrooms—but some of those lamps didn’t even have a bulb. I hit a snag trying to check in (neither the receptionist nor I could find the room number), so I left a voicemail describing the problem, asking that the owner call me back. That was Friday. I checked out Sunday and have yet to hear from her. That’s a problem I don’t care to repeat. As I said, the place was entirely adequate for us—even nice—but the issues overshadowed the positives during our stay.

Clean but basic

This was a very clean condo. However the furnishings were very shabby, especially the outdoor chairs. Minimal linens provided and they had seen better days. The location is good, parking was convenient. But if you’re looking for something in the neighborhood of luxury, this wouldn’t be a good choice. We did have an issue on Sunday morning when the power went out at 2:00 am. The property manager was very responsive and came to our rescue to get the power restored.

Excellent location. Very nice pool. Secure property..

Lack of communication prior to check. Condo comfortable and roomy. Condo and balcony definitely needs TLC. No personal touches minimal decor. Curtains hung backwards. Shower rods rusted. Cabinets and closet cluttered. Shortage of towels and tissue. Bedroom threshold loose and floor cracked. Film on window peeling. Loved having an ice maker. Bonus! We didn’t feel like guests. Felt more like we were renting from an acquaintance.
