'Hello! We loved the apartment! The location is perfect, the place was clean and comfortable -- everything we needed was supplied. Our one and only complaint has to do with the door lock. While having a combination lock is fine, we did wonder how we would get out of the mechanism failed. There should be a back-up key in case of emergency. '

'The location is in the middle of the centre and has a carrefour very close. This made it so easy for me and my friends. We were able to enjoy the skiing to the fullest with the ski locker and made nice meals in the evening! Lovely apartment and very friendly owner!'

'Great view and great location at this large apartment building in Chamonix. Very close to restaurants, bars, ski bus stops. 4 people could comfortably stay here no problem.Some annoyances — no shampoo or soap, no paper towels — made it a little worse than it needed to be.'

'This was our second stay in the apartment. We like the quiet even though the street outside is full of bars and restaurants, and the market is there every few days. The hosts are super-responsive and the place is charming. We’ll be back for a third time!'

'We had a nice stay with 4 people in Residence Sint Bernard. Ski room is spaceous and easy access. The building has an easy ski-in ski-out. Most pleasant suprise was the well equiped kitchen, which is something we do not find often.'

'excellent and well located holiday home, good communication with the owner and everything available in the house that makes a good and smooth holiday possible. The only downside is the small double bed and the poor quality of the mattress'

'klein en ouderwets qua privacy: bv je broek laten zakken in de wc kan alleen met de deur open. Lampen en kasten hangen laag: niet gebouwd voor europeanen. Goed voor een gezin misschien maar met 2 echtparen heb je echt geen privacy. Wij waren met z'n tweeën; dan is het apertement perfect, op de wc na.'

'Cosy and functional Appartment. Ideal location to start your journey. Immediately at the start of the best slopes of Avoriaz 1800. Shops and restaurants as close as it can be. Sleds available for children. Playground just in front. Silent location. Friendly and helpful.'

'Very nice apartment and the communication with the owners was superb. But note that the apartment is very small yet efficient. Of the three bedrooms only one has a window and the ceiling height in the bedrooms, which is up a super narrow staircase, is maybe 1,78 meters. We were very happy with the stay and the owners.'

'We had a very good stay in this apartment. Even during very hot days, it was not too hot, we think, due to the thick old walls. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. The number of cups is modest however. Very good location in the old city. Good for those who come by train, but if you come by car, you best park in St. Claire Parking and then move your luggage on foot to the apartment because it is in a pedestrian zone. 'Fijn appartement, alles voorradig, mooie keuken en slaapkamers. In de zomer tot halverwege de middag zon op het balkon. Prima uitgangsbasis voor zomer in Les Arcs. Inchecken via instructies, met wat hulp van Fred en Celine goed gelukt. Zou opnieuw boeken!'

'De kamers waren ruim, schoon en netjes. We werden prettig net voor inchecktijd ontvangen. De informatie voorziening over het parkeren was iets misleidend en waar het ontbijt was niet helemaal duidelijk. Maar was goed vrrxorgd. De kitchenette was handig en goed geoutilleerd.'

'Hôtel très propre, bonne literie. Manque des oreillers supplémentaires pour plus de confort . Horaires d’arrivée pas à jour, la réception n’est pas ouverte jusqu’à 22h30 mais 21h. '

"Over gewaardeerd, geen parkeer ruimte, bar sluit 2 etage 10.30 arriveerden 10.25. Geen mededeling. Bij navraag kreeg ik het advies een drankje in het restaurant beneden te halen. Ontbijt simpel, stokbrood en croissant. Vraagprijs €20,00 pp. Gebakken ei bijbetalen €8. Yoghurt voorverpakt uit de cooler. Kamer klein, douche klein. 1 x raam klein 60 x 100cm in de hoek geplaatst . Bij aankomst verkeerde kamer toegewezen, open deur en sta oog in oog met de kamer bewoners op bed. "

"Nous sommes arrivées dans un hôtel en travaux alors que ce n'était pas mentionné sur le site. La chambre mentionnait 3 vrais lits dans le descriptif de l'hôtel, raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi cet hôtel. Dans les faits,nous avons eu 1 lit double et un canapé lit 1 place. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception. Aucune solution n'a été trouvée à part nous dire que la literie a été changée. L'ascenseur tombe en panne ou se ferme trop vite avant que nous rentriions à l'intérieur. Nous avons du prendre la cage d'escalier depuis le 6e étage qui est salie par les travaux et nous risquons de glisser à tout moment. La machine à café mise à disposition des clients est également défectueuse et le lait n'est pas disponible et déborde de la machine. Si l'hôtel n'est pas capable d'accueillir des clients pendant les travaux, il faut s'abstenir. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au lac. Le personnel est souriant et ennuyé de la situation. "
