'I booked this apartment together with four friends (age 22) to visit the Orlando region. The villa was well maintained and well equipped. The air-conditioning was very nice to have and kept all rooms nice and cool. There was a garage with a air hockey and pool table which was nice. The living space was nice as well with plenty of room and nice and comfy sofas. The pool was excellent to cool of in after a warm day. The location was great with a Walmart and plenty places to eat within 5 minutes...

Nice clean neighbourhood close to all the major parks but far away not to be bothered by crowds. Only remark: inventory didn't always seem te serve the max number of guests (10 beds 1 crib). For example: dining + breakfast only seats 8 (could fit 2 on the counter though) only 8 coffeemugs were found, sittingarea seats 6 or 7 max. And with both a pool and a morning shower, we could...

'The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. All of the BR were really nice. However, one of the bedrooms’ bed was not clean and there was a hair in the bed and spots on the sheets. Some of the towels in the bathrooms had a smell. Other than that, my/our stay was nice. The outdoor area was really nice. Wish the pool was labeled with the depth of the pool as everyone in my party could not swim and the pool was rather deep.'

'We celebrated Thanksgiving here and enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone in the family. The house was clean and so was the pool/hot tub. Communication with the owner was excellent. A property management company was available if needed.'

'The property was beautiful and even better than the listing suggested. The oasis pool was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood vibe was great with young children to go on morning walks. We had a great time at this home. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house. I will say that we asked for early check in and this could have played into the home not being thoroughly cleaned. It was dusty and had some dirty tissues left u der beds. The linens also smelled dirty and had to be washed...

'Great property, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer, dinning table for 10 people, every room with tv, terrace tv, bathroom and small pool but very pleasant. No rooms on first floor. 3 rooms on second floor and 2 rooms on third floor. I will stay again.'

'The property was clean., but the walls were in horrible shape. The wall in my bedroom had 2 holes from were the toilet paper holder was suppose to be. Upper stairs hallway had plaster missing from walls. The decor lacked excitement. The patio needs a good pressure washing. On a positive note the host was very nice and took care of our needs.'

'We as a family were thoroughly impressed with this Villa. Located in the beautiful gated Windsor Hills Community, the Villa is set on a corner south facing plot with Sun around the pool area from morning until evening. The pool is of ample size and was nice and warm with the pool heat with a very warm jacuzzi when turned on. 'The house was perfect for the five of us - 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. It had all the amenities we needed and more; including all kitchen appliances (stand-alone ice-cube maker!) and cooking needs. As noted, a bedroom w/bath for each of us, a private pool/spa, and a game room with pool/tennis table, video game console, and a BIG TV screen for watching sports! "We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Het is een redelijk groot terrein. Een gedeelte van de gebouwen zijn gerenoveerd en een gedeelte niet. We hadden als eerste een suite gekregen wat erg gedateerd was. Hier liepen we tegen een aantal issues aan. Na geklaagd te hebben hebben we een andere suite gekregen en deze was zeer netjes gerenoveerd. We waren ook zeer tevreden over deze suite en hebben hierdoor een fijne verblijf gehad. Super goede service! Met name Jeanee, ze heeft ons super goed geholpen met deze issue."

"Een heel mooi complex vooral het 2 slaapkamer appartement is prachtig. Het is wel super commercieel, voor werkelijk alles moet nog weer extra betaald worden. Het ligt ook best wel een stuk buiten het centrum van Orlando, daardoor voelt het best wel rustig."

"Verouderde kamer. Kamer werd niet goed schoongemaakt. Geen aanvulling van toiletpapier. Vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer ruikt heel muf. Balkon vol met vogelpoep en mieren en werd niet schoon gemaakt. Wel leuke zwembad met glijbanen waardoor je genoeg vermaak hebt voor jongere kinderen. "
