'la petite maison est très coquette et agréable, même si l'on était en hauteur de la route de tramuntana les matinées et soirées sont très tranquiles. La maison est sur un départ pour pas mal de randonnées et c'était top. Pour ceux qui veulent la plage vraiment à côté ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous chercher une combinaison avec de la rando et montagne c'est vraiment bien. Les gens de Homerti sont avenants et arrangent les choses si nécessaire.'

'The house is clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Julio was responsive and helpful. It is 5-10 minutes walk to markets & restaurants and the cathedral and the main shopping area are 25 minutes walk. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a challenge but we always succeeded. We hope to return.'

'We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. One item we certainly could have used was beach...

'Nous avons beaucoup randonné donc pas vraiment profité de la sérénité du lieu excepté le matin où nous avons petit déjeuné dehors Réveillé par les oiseaux est plutôt sympathique ; de même que la possibilité d’aller cueillir les oranges et citrons directement sur l’arbre. Le propriétaire des lieux est accueillant et discret. La situation centrale de ce logement est intéressante car en 30 minutes ou à peine plus on peut rejoindre la côte Est ou la côte Ouest.'

'Wir waren jetzt schon öfter hier und finden es immer wieder schön - vor allem die Nähe zum Ort und gleichzeitig die relative Ruhe. Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - für 2 Personen) ist für mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt.'
