'The cabin we stayed in was clean, we had a fireplace, small kitchen, and overall it was very spacious, could have slept 5 people(2 beds and a futon). The lodge sits right on a bluff overlooking the ocean and the whole property is very peaceful and serene. Unfortunately the steps down to the beach at the lodge were not accessible but a short walk to the campground(10min) and you’re able to access the beach. 'Our trip to Forks was definitely an adventure. While driving there I received a text from the property manager letting me know there was 6 - 8" of snow on the ground and the power was out. She offered to contact the owner regarding a refund. I called her and told her that we were still coming as we had fishing commitments. We got to the house and, yep, the power was out. That's OK. we're steelhead fishermen so we know how to deal with cold. Upon entering, I was surprised how warm it still was...
