'Bonjour, Pas deçu par la vue magnifique mais par l'etat de la maison pas entretenue. Canapé cassé, rallonge de table cassée, lit branlants, on s'attend pas a trouver une maison dans cet etat vu le prix de la location. Concernant la propreté, il y avait meme encore le filtre plein dans la cafetiere quand on est arrivés. Désolé mais ce que l'ensemble du groupe a ressenti. Les photos sont trompeuses aussi, la piscine semble gigantesque tout comme la cuisine ou on a du mal a contenir a 3.'

'Very nice house, some easy to improve points like not able to fix shower head. Strange this was not done upfront though! Loads of mosquito's, continuously 2 or 3 trying to sting when sitting in front of the house. Switch on the gass upfront or put down an how to instruction.'

'Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Leider ist das Inventar sehr einfach gehalten. Die von uns adressierten Mängel wurden trotz mehrfacher Zusage nicht behoben. Der Innenbereich ist renovierungsbedürftig.'

'Grande maison qui a un fort potentiel mais malheureusement pas assez exploité (ne vous attendez pas à une villa moderne). Il y a cependant beaucoup d'espace, on ne se marche pas dessus. Grande piscine, très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré : - des fourmis (chambre, cuisine, terrasse) - le pisciniste qui vient à l'improviste un matin pour changer le chlore de la piscine - prévoyez tout ! Il n'y a absolument rien de fourni (papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponges, tapis...) et...

'I’ve been travelling to this region of Spain for 20+ years, the location of the house was outstanding. La Fosca is a perfect beach for families and the 30 minute walk to Castell was ideal for a more natural experience. The shared pool was pleasant, quiet and well kept. However, the house itself was filthy. On arrival there were lines of ants through the house, all the floors were very dirty. In the kitchen all the drawers smelled very bad so we had to wash all the cutlery etc. Unfortunately no...

'The location of this property is outstanding. It has a beautiful sea view, spacious garden, and the beach and Camino de Ronda are at walking distance. We walked the cami to Calellla a few times, which has stunning views. The house is very comfortable and having a garage is convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and swimming in the pool. We hope to return!'
