'Spacious, very clean, well stocked condiment provisions, high quality fittings and utensils. Every day we sat at the floor to ceiling wide windows to absorb sea, sky and mountain views. Huge variety of birdlife; green rosallas busy raiding the olive trees; saw our first fire tail. Centrally located to Killercrankie and Lady Baron. Beautiful beaches and coastal walks. '

'This beach house was all that we had hoped for and more. It not only put us within easy striking distance of more remote (and truly amazing) areas of Flinders Island, but it was also a fun, relaxing, very well equipped and comfortable destination to be enjoyed in itself! 'Good location , private . Property very tired . Holes rotted through floor , window frames rusted through . told to fill wood box on departure , which we did ,it was empty on arrival . Surfaces greasy . We cleaned it better on departure . '
