'This is a totally charming old house. We loved the differently colored bedrooms, the sunflower themes, and the spaciousness of the kitchen/dining/living area. Our group consisted of 6 senior women, and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. The pool, hot tub and goats were an added bonus! I would totally recommend staying here.'

'Updated townhouse with lots of beds -- great for girlfriend getaway. Walking distance to town, and down the street from Meeting House restaurant which was great for dinner. Only one parking spot and street parking is permit only, so additional cars may need to park in the lot near Meeting House.'

'The house was exactly the size we imagined. It was in a nice part of Princeton where you could still walk everywhere. It had all the needed supplies for us to stay there for a week. I’d stay there again if we were in town.'

'The Milford House provided us with a very pleasant stay in the countryside of New Jersey along the nice Delaware River side. This was a nice combination after our visits to the city centres of New York, Manhattan and Washington. We also visited the various villages along the river, walked from bridge to bridge, climbed the Bowman's Tower and enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outside on the porch of the house. 'This property is a great fit for families, especially if you have kids and or a dog. The backyard is very spacious and fenced. It is great for mingling with family and friends. The owner has a garden and is also growing grapes, apples, etc. He also has a little hen house. There is a crib in one of the bedrooms along with a bed and plenty of kid stuff. The basement has a foosball table.'

'I needed a house a my extended family for my sons wedding. This river home was perfect. The house was beautiful and meet all our needs. The grandparents loved the elevator. The home allows for great together time and allows privacy when wanted. The multiple decks and outside amenities made you like you were somewhere special at all time. Joan has appointed this house with anything you can need . You can tell Joan takes great care of her home and her guest. Her availability to guest is amazing....

'Very clean, nicely decorated space with very friendly host. Communication was very good, comfortable and spacious and had a lot of nice features. My wife and my daughter loved staying. Roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when my daughter has an event in the area. It's great when the owner communicates well when you are traveling from far away and eases your mind.'
