'Pros: fun, kitchy property right on Route 66 in Flagstaff--appreciated the decor and convenience. Would have loved to try the pool (not warm enough outside). Cons: room and linens could be cleaner. Car also bottomed out going over speedbumps in parking lot.'

'This property is not fancy, there are no amenities, the shower in our room was about the size of an RV shower and we booked a king-size room. There was no bathtub, nothing fancy at all. What you are paying for is the atmosphere and location of this hotel. This is a historic hotel with charm, it takes you back in time and allows you to experience Flagstaff back in the day. 'Our suite was fabulous! Roomy and comfy. Loved that it is dog friendly, and they had a great space for walking your pup too. Suggest better lighting in that areaat night. Overall it was a great stay!'

'The majority of the staff was very attentive, but we had a situation with the person in charge of the reception one day since my wife and I used the gym and since the floor is made of wood or something, it turns out that if you use the weight machine it hits or stresses out the reception, so during the morning workout the receptionist came up and in a bad way and unwillingly scolded my wife and I for making too much noise with the weights, and on top of all this we never threw the weights or...
