'Heel leuk hotel op prima locatie. Lekker ruime en schone kamer met heerlijk bed. Prachtig dakterras met twee kleine dompelbadjes. Niet echt geschikt om bij te gaan liggen en relaxen. Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het enige nadeel was dat tijdens ons verblijf er verbouwd werd in een gebouw naast het hotel. Tussen 08.00 en 17.00 was er een oorverdovend lawaai van gehak en drilboor. '

'No pude haber escogido mejor lugar. Está en plena ciudad amurallada, cerca del Restaurante Espíritu Santo, el mejor lugar para comer en cartagena. Todo accesible a pie, caminando. Quizá el único pero es que por la noche hay mucho ruido de la calle, pero así es toda la ciudad, la ciudad no duerme. Si el ruido no te deja dormir unos tapones auditivos ayudarían muy bien, la verdad, a mí con todo y ruido pude descansar muy bien. Volvería ahí sin lugar a dudas.'

'Our short stay at Santo Torino was delightful. It is centrally located but surprisingly quiet in spite of the bustling surroundings. It was refreshing to come out of the oppressive heat and into this cool refuge during the day in order to recharge. It somehow always seemed to be ‘just around the corner’. The concierge service was very welcome and the breakfasts were hearty without being heavy. This hotel really enhanced our Cartagena experience. '

'It’s a great property on a nice location. But I booked a design suite, arrived at 1.30 pm. Room not ready (normal). Ready after 3 pm so I went in the city to have lunch. Came back at 3.30, received the key and guess what? Room was still occupied with clothes, suitecases, not cleaned. After an hour they gave me another (normal) room. Above that the rooftop pool is empty, bar not open, elevator doesn’t work. Got nof compensation other than a (nice) drink. So overall not at all what I paid for €...

'This place is great because it’s social and so many activities everyday. The rooms are nice and clean. As for the staff some of them Are very nice and friendly and than others they are a bit stand off. They look at you unfriendly and don’t really want to interact with you. But the really nice ones were amazing. Careful with the cafe at the hostel it is insanely expensive. Just go right outside and walk to the right and you’ll find food for 1/4 of that price and you can pay with card. '
