'We got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment which was amazing. My toddler had great fun running all around for the 5 days we were there. Location was great to visit all the attractions on Yas island and we visited Yas mall every day. Service was also fantastic and left nothing to be desired. '

'Zeer goed hotel met zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Restaurant Blue Grill van zeer goede kwaliteit, echter niet goedkoop. Ook een zeer gezellige bar met vaak happy hour (2 drankjes voor de prijs van 1). Mooi zwembad maar ligt 's middags wel in de schaduw. 'Room was fine, with good bed and pillows. Bathroom requires some update/servicing. Personnel is kind and provides good service. Breakfast was fine with sufficient variety. At one night very early they started outside with a leave blower, disturbing the night. The prices were very high around Adipec exhibition and did not even include breakfast. Good location at Yas Plaza with sufficient restaurants and bars. Overall a good score.'

The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use.
