'We really enjoyed staying at this specific rental! One thing that we noticed was that on the listing description it was not known to us that the two levels did not connect on the inside which was no big deal but it would have been good to know when booking the property! Another concern of mine was the flies, they were everywhere so putting in some fly traps would easily help with that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and come back to stay!'

'Great, large house that easily accommodated 8 of us adults. Standout features included a well stocked kitchen, a large and comfortable living area on the first floor, two back decks, one being screened in, and each bedroom having its own bathroom. Location is about a half mile from the beach and essentially adjacent to Rehoboth Ave, so an easy walk to retail and restaurants, but would probably require a car to get all your stuff to the beach. 'The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!'
