'Had a lovely stay at Crown Cottage. This was our second time in Orford and the location is perfect with parking. The property is beautifully presented and really well equipped. Would definitely recommend'

'The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking.'

'This property is ideal for visiting Suffolk and in particular Sutton Hoo. They property is a small village with several local short walks and close to a couple of pubs, also within walking distance that serve good food. The cottage is well maintained and beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. The accommodation is perfect for 2 people.'

'Lovely cottage, super clean and everything you could imagine was provided. Kitchen was well equipped, and so was the bathroom with toiletries provided. Great that breakfast was provided too. Private garden with comfortable seating. Able to park outside for loading and unloading then moved to an off road car park just down the road. A great aqua sports centre is literally just down the road, we wished we had time for more, because there were so many activites we could have done there. The village...

'This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....

'We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous stay at Harkstead Hall. The house is beautiful. Spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a fun stay with friends. I went prepared with all the usual kitchen essentials but found that it was not needed. Dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, it was all there. 'Communication from owner was clear, friendly and helpful. Property is fairly quiet, with lovely sitting room and log burner. Master bedroom was nice with plenty of space around the bed and openable windows to get the temperature right.'

'We knew the cottage looked nice, but it’s even nicer than the pictures. There was no little touch undone to make our stay more comfortable. We really enjoyed the bread, jam and granola. Thank you so much!'

'This was our first holiday away without family and June and Nicholas were such attentive and informative hosts that they easily made us feel welcomed and at home. The local area is gorgeous so hikes are highly recommended and lots of local pubs do great food. Jimmys farm and wildlife park is a must if you have time too! We definitely plan on coming back again to the area when time allows to explore more of it :)'

'Positives: Wickham Market is nice town with excellent facilities especially for eating. The owner met us on time & gave information on the house & surrounding area.
