'Een schitterend gelegen woning, zeer ruim en zeer goed uitgerust met quasi alle comfort, een zeer aangename en mooi aangelegde buitenruimte en een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw Jacinta. Enig minpuntje, omdat we aanvankelijk pech hadden met het weer met enkele slechte, koude en regenachtige dagen (11°), is het ontbreken van een verwarmingstoestel vooral dan voor het opwarmen van de badkamer(s). De aanwezige open haard ontsteken is te omslachtig en bovendien duurt het te lang om de volledige woning...

'Overall we enjoyed our trip and this was supported by good accommodation at the villa. The villa manager was very accessible which made things easier for us, we arrived later in the evening and had to pay a late check in fee which I believe should not be compulsory. I had to deal with a few issues regarding our second payment for the villa which should have been taken on the same card as used for the deposit 3 0 days prior to arriving. This was not done and caused undue stress during the...

'Location was excellant. Surroundings were beautiful. Home was just as it was stated on listing. Please note lots of stairs, would be difficult for elderly person. Loved the multi-level outdoor patios. Great for relaxing breakfast or night cap. Furniture was simple. Glad there was plenty of space to relax outside as well.'

'A really well placed flat that was clean, well stocked of everything you would need for a long weekend break. Would definitely stay again. '

'The villa was lovely, we loved the setting and the views were fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants. We were left a welcome package which was very helpful, but you do definitely need to go to a big supermarket as the two mini-markets did not stock very much especially fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, we would also say that the villa did not have enough towels and they also need to be renewed.'

'A great apartment with private plunge pool, spacious rooms and excellent to have 2 full bathrooms and additional WC. Well located close to the tennis club within a 30 min walks of Julia’s and the other beach side restaurants and the Praça. We stayed in peak season and used Uber instead of hiring a car which was great and reliable. Would certainly return again. 'We booked a whole month out of season and had a wonderful time! The villa is large, spacious and very clean. The fact that even my wife thought it was clean says a lot! :-) We enjoyed using the heated pool and the bath tub(s). Also the upper terrace has loads of sunshine which we loved. The beds are also very comfortable, we only needed to get used to the beds being singles but that is a personal preference. There are also tennis courts very close which is especially great if you love playing...

'Lovely villa with a lot of space for the whole family. Nice terrace with a pool which a large enough to have fun for the kids and to jump in for a quick refreshment. Even if you decide to stay at the villa Folly for a day just to read your book or doing nothing at all you'll feel energised at the end of the day. All equipment worked very well. Large kitchen to prepare meals. Lovely walk through the golf area of 20 minutes to go to the beach.'

'A really lovely town house. Modernised to a high standard, Good size living area and bedrooms with air conditioning. A really good roof terrace and sun trap. Good location with a less than 10 minute walk to the sea front and the many restaurants. Street parking available outside and near the house. It is town living so the usual outside noise but nothing excessive and as expected. Communication, check in and out was flawless with host Ana. We really enjoyed our four night stay '

'The grounds of the property are beautiful but the interior is quite used and needs to be updated. Furthermore it was advertised as having a heated pool but a few days before our rental was due to begin, I was informed that heating the pool would cost €400 extra. Unfortunately we also had a lot of ants on the paths around the garden and they eventually made their way into the house. Our landlord did try to manage the situation but it was challenging. 'We stayed in January and were very comfy. The view is wonderful and the starry nights are spectaculair. From the villa it is easy to undertake day trips to nearby cities, villages, POI’s and since we were with our dog we especially enjoyed the beaches and hikes in the area. Special Thanks to Heidi who is a kind and caring host. Would love to come back in the spring or summer so we can use the pool! ;)'

'Our room was super comfortable and well set up for an extended stay. The inner courtyard was quiet and also a beautiful setup. "3HB is a relatively new hotel located in the heart of Faro. The reception area is nicely decorated and radiates tranquility. Checking in was quick and professional. Our room was located on the 3rd floor. You only see the roofs of surrounding buildings. Rooms are spacious, a free minibar (water and cola), Nespresso machine. Daily replenishment. Safe, sofa, desk, Marshall radio, 7 USB charging points, MB soap/shampoo/body lotion, rain shower, toilet (incl sprayer), towels, amenity kit, hair blower, shaving mirror, bathrobes and slippers. Sleep service is provided and there is a choice of different light settings for the room / bathroom. (night light). Also, net curtains and blackout curtains. On the balcony two wooden chairs. You can hear landing planes regularly, but this is not disturbing. During rainy days umbrellas are provided. There is also a free gym and an indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Free towels provided. The breakfast space is nicely decorated. You will be guided to your seat where you can choose and order from a variety of eggs, crepes, coffees, etc. There is also a self-service of bread, toppings (meat/cheese), sweets, yoghurt and related items. It’s a typical European breakfast. Sufficient replenishment is in place. It is a good hotel that meets all expectations. Neat, clean, well maintained, attention to detail and a disciplined, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are also neatly maintained and clean. We spent 5 nights there with pleasure."

"Fijn hotel, lekker dichtbij de luchthaven, heel handig als je laat aankomt ;). Vriendelijk personeel en een simpel maar goed ontbijt buffet. Wij hadden een kamer tegenover de lift en dan merk je goed dat het luidruchtig is. Ik begrijp dat het hotel er weinig aan kan doen, dat mensen soms de behoefte hebben om een hoop lawaai te maken. Al met al is het voor ons een hotel om terug te komen."
