« This unit is great for a family or 2 couples. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. We were bummed the pool was under maintenance and could not enjoy it. Otherwise everything was fine. »

« A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you! »

« Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Wish communication between the guests and staff was more efficient. Everything was communicated through email- (delayed responses) On site staff members can not assist guests with their stay as they are not associated with guest stays. Overall rating 7/10. »

« Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

« Lovely spot, very roomy with two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry too. Great local coffee, pastries and food. Very little to complain about and would be very happy to stay here again. Only things to note, the lockbox for the pool key did not work which didn't matter to us because it was too cold and be warned, the parking spot is VERY small. Even a full sized car would struggle to fit. »

« Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future. Make sure to reach out to host for check in instructions so there are no issues. The host was easy to work with and communication was great. »

« Dès notre entrée dans l'appartement nous avons ressenti un odeur de cigarette très fort, on a fait la demande de changer, aucune solution, on a quitté pour trouver un autre hotel. Non seulement nous ne sommes pas remboursés jusqu'à maintenant, en plus notre dépôt de garantie d'un montant de $115 n'est pas remboursé. Mes emails n'ont pas de réponse, Expedia n'aide pas. Je ne ferai jamais une reservation avec Expedia, ni avec cette hotel. »
