'Bij aankomst was onze kamer niet schoongemaakt. We kregen derhalve een nieuwe kamer toegewezen, helaas bleek daar een redelijk grote bloedvlek in het beddengoed te zitten. Erg vies en bizar dat de schoonmaakster hier overheen kon kijken. Er lijken dus echt issues te zijn met de schoonmaak van dit hotel! Ondanks dat het personeel de klacht serieus nam duurde het erg lang (uren) voordat de klacht werd opgelost. Uiteindelijk hebben we nog zelf het beddengoed moeten vervangen. Wel kregen we een...

'Staff was great! Room was tidy but could use a thorough cleaning - especially in the bathroom (floor and walls). Would recommend installing an option to keep the fan running constantly. The door of the room needs some attention. I don't like the barn door for the bathroom. Pool area was clean but small. '

'We were attending a graduation for our daughter. The hotel was very conveniently located near the venue and also to restaurants outside the hotel. The designs of the rooms were awesome as well as the lobby with all the books. Will definitely return.'

'Although construction is still going on in the building and the hallways are not as clean as could be, the remolded room was clean and very nice, especially for the price. The bed is very comfortable. Once the renovations are complete, the property will be quite nice. Convenient location. Close to the hospital. '

'Absolutely the best stay ever. Room was set up clean and convenient. Bed most comfortable. I left too early in the morning at 5:30am so I could not sample the Breakfast, but the coffee was brewed fresh. Shuttle to airport was flawless and I was able to schedule a pickup when I checked in.'
