'My friend and I met in the Indianapolis area for a girls weekend when she had a conference - and it’s halfway for each of us. We booked this due to value/price and wanting to try something different. The falls and surround area are amazing - make sure to see the upper and lower. The owners are great in communication and made access easy. The rental itself was clean and provided everything we needed. It is not Indianapolis adjacent, which it doesn’t claim to be, but the driving didn’t bother us....

'The house and property gave us a peaceful and restful vibe - nice after 2 days of interstate driving. Everything you could need was provided. We enjoyed eating on the dock by the water - watching a Little Green heron, squirrels and chipmunks, birds, and even 2 goats trimming the grass on a nearby stretch of land between ponds!'

'We had several safety concerns about the property, including loose stairway handrail, extreme variance in heat on 1st & 2nd floors, mice, flickering lights, and several outdoor safety hazards. I contacted the property manager to express our concerns and request a partial refund and received no response. This property is not up to the standards of other VRBO properties where we've stayed. Needs a great deal of work done.'
