'De service was uitstekend. Door een staking moesten we een dag langer in Bologna blijven. De eigenaar hielp ons aan een kamer in een ander appartement, regelde de bagage en regelde een taxi die ons om 4 uur 's nachts naar de luchthaven bracht. Zoiets maakt een al mooie vakantie extra prettig.'

' The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...

'We stayed at the Marconi Inn for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 but one of the beds was very small, good for a child but would not have been good for a teen. The check in was smooth, the breakfast as some reviews mentioned is a pastry with a beverage for each person. The coffee place is next to the entrance of the Marconi building. The luggage storage was very convenient and we appreciated it a lot. It is a bit far from all the interesting sites but in general...
