'The apartment was exactly as it was described in the ad. I would even say that in reality it looked much nicer than in the pictures. It is very cosy and spacious and has a home-away-from-home feel. The owner, Elena, was very friendly and welcomed us herself when we arrived. She responded very quickly to any questions and even sent us some tips during our stay. Great value for money in a city like Barcelona, very nice neighbourhood and near metro station Diagonal from where you can easily visit...

'Excellent customer service and support. We arrived late and the host kept in touch with us at all time and gave us very detailed instructions , for any questions she was available at any time. Instructions easy to understand but still the host took her time to explain The place is very clean, well decorated, spacious, excellent ventilation with enough supplies and well equipped. 'Perfect spot for us, a family of 4. Our goal was to walk to everything and that we did. Plenty of places to eat, shop and do some sightseeing. Would stay there again. '

'Everything you might need is available, all kind of shops are nearby, for breakfast/lunch or coffee it just takes a 10 step walk! Also the metro and bus stops are close. Airco in all rooms. The appartement is very clean, I would recommend one extra relaxing chair (now 1 couch and 1 chair).'
